I'm looking at changing my pistons. Raising the CR to 11:5.1, and I was wondering if I need to change the rods? Or will the Stock Honda ones do fine on my ITR?! If so, it'd save me some money

What about CTR pistons and a Head gasket with stock rods?
11.5:1 is the perfect CR for my daily driven car...

The easiest way would be to change out the head gasket, but that would only bring you up to 11.0:1 at the most.
If you're getting new pistons, why not get new rods at the same time? I guess it is peace of mind, especially if you're going to be revving past 9,000 RPM. I know the stock rods are good to those RPMs, but you're only investing another $400. Well, to me, it is ONLY $400 for peace of mind, but for you, it might be different.
Short answer, no, you don't need new rods.

I laugh every time I read a REDNECK post, I just imagine some guy sitting at a computer in a huge cowboy hat yelling at his monitor while he posts.

That's right! I've never been able to figure out how you get around the capslock filter... Whenever I post in all caps it tells me to go back and change it
I THINK THE TRICK IS TO ADD A LOT OF SPACES AT THE END OF YOUR POST LIKE THIS... HEEEEEE HAWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
