GSR wiring harness

GSR wiring harness
What's going on everyone. I was just wondering if the 96 gsr wiring the same as a 98 or 99 gsr wiring harness? I have someone with a 97 integra non vtec with a gsr swap, 99 ecu, and a hacked up harness. I just wanted to know if the 98 or 99 harness(engine and cabin) will work in the 97 body. I don't believe it is going be a simple plug and play application because
94-96 GS-R's have OBD1 for emission control where as the 97-01 are going to be OBD2.
