Default Need Z C Head

91 Hb with Z C block. Need DOHC head to finish swap. If anyone knows where i could get one or know of someone selling one please contact me. Would appreciate all the help I can get. Want to strike my ride asap.

hey i have a head out of a 89 teg i think they are the same head ill sell it to you for $200.00 its portd and polished . i had it in my 84 civic turbo i threw a rod the head is good

89 Integra head is no the same as the ZC. This pic shows an 89 Integra engine: Notice where the bolts are for the valve cover and where the Honda Symbol is on the valve cover. <P>
This is a ZC engine..... Notice the differences?

True the a1 head is not the "EXACT" same as the ZC. but it will bolt on and function.

Be aware that the reason the ZC has more HP than the A1 is the difference in the head. Whether its port design, cam size, intake manifold runner's, valve size. etc etc.

They use the same pistons,
I have sets of a1 and ZC pistons in storage.. Both have same markings,
ZC has 9.5c/r
A1 has 9.5 c/r

I beleive its the Cam's profile and the intake manifold design that makes the hp difference.

Both heads have the same valve sizes.

i have zc head for sale, it's complete with everything from headgasket on up, including tb, intake man, dist, cams, rocker arms, valvetrain, fuel rail and injectors. give me an email or a private msg if you want more info
