FS/Trade: 88 STD civic in CO

I really only want local buyers so you can some see/drive the car yourself.
Bone stock, 160k miles, 4 speed manual.
Very reliable daily driver, clean title, comes with a TON of spare parts including two spare single cam heads and a full block and tranny.
Motor does burn a little oil, cv joints are
pretty bad (lots of clicking) and besides what you can see in the picture,
the paint on the hood is pretty oxidized.

I'm looking for around $1000 or trade for a b16a swap or something.
