Default Hooorible Compression Test reselts: HELP!

I just did a compression test with a kit I bought from autozone today.
Readings are as follows
#1-120
#2-95
#3-90
#4-90

I followed c-speeds instructions
Fulled the 15A fuse, cranked 5 times.
after I did that, I even tried 10 times, got lower numbers.

My car has 46k miles on it, Its a 98 gsr.
Ive had troubles getting acura to look at my car because I dont have the stock clutch or flywheel, they try to charge me for lookin at it.. As well I dont have the stock spark plugs, and I use mobil 1 oil and filter.
I have done all my own maintenance as well.

Where do I go from here? Did I do something wrong?

Only think after market is the clutch and flywheel..and spark plugs.
Test was done at WOT, and all plugs were removed when I did it.

ttt.
Just drove around really hard to warm it up more, did a compression test of cylinder 1..results were 60psi!, WTF!

The reading never stayed on a number ,it bounced up to those number quick, then came back down.

I thought about that...
I am returning it to autozone.
Should I get one from Sears? or order a Lisle one?
I also burn oil bad, this is why I am doing the compression test.

Does the car run OK? With compression numbers that low, you should know the difference between a shitty compression tester and a messed up engine.

Ticking could just be the valves. Thats normal. Is it a ticking or a knocking?

Ticking..not knocking, I just adjusted the valves at 45k Did them once, and check them again.
They were WAY out of spec
Maybe its just my injectors, Ill get my digital recorder out tomorrow..let you all have a hear, lol.

From what I've seen, the needle on the tester jumps up, but it shouldn't come back down at all once it has started going up... Try a new tester.

Not sure about any others, but the AutoZone one worked fine for me. Maybe you just got a bad one?

did you misshift? or maybe you tightened the valves too much. try doing the valve adj. again and see if that works

i did a compression & leakdown test at a local Honda specialty place (I'm buds with one of the mechanics there) for about 80 bucks.

The results on the compression test:
185
190
190
190

not bad for 149,000 miles, hehe.

you might want to have some pro's do the test for you

Definitely try another compression gauge first. But you should definitely notice the car running like *** if the numbers are that low.

Are you doing all by yourself?
try ONLY 1 table spoon of motor oil in EACH cylinder
if the numbers are better than you have bad rings.!

Yeah, ticking is most likely your injectors. It's pretty normal to hear the ticking noise. Let us know how your next compression test goes.

Did you get one of the compression testers that you hold down in or that screw down in? I did mine with the screw type on my 94GSR and got 185 across the board
