Default about the civic ex brakes.. i've already searched

ok, i've got the crx si 90, and i want to do some front brake upgrades, i've read that you can use the 90-91 civic ex knuckle/hub assembly or the integra 90-93 assembly but i've heard that the integra assembly will throw off your suspension. is this true. Also insteaad of using the civic ex knuckle/hub assembly, could you just use a 92-95 civic ex assembly?
