FS: Fuel injector resistor kits ... while they last
I picked up more injector resistor. These kits are required in order to run big low-impedance injectors such as the DSM450's, MSD, RC, etc.
<FONT COLOR=""red"">
OBD1 kits are: $35 shipped
OBD2 kits are: $44 shipped
Injector clip kits are: $15 shipped
</FONT>
The fuel injector clips are all Honda/Acura clips, DSM clips, or Nissan 300ZX turbo clips. All of the above clips work and are OEM quality.
Please see my web site for more details --> http://www.muller.net/sonny/resistorbox
I prefer paypal (sonny@muller.net). Kits ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Thanks,
Sonny

JV: You would need an OBD2 kit unless you used the Civic's engine wiring harness. It sounds to me like you used the Integra's engine wiring harness and then used an adapter harness at the ECU?
turbod16y8: $35 shipped.
Please e-mail me with any more questions.
Thanks,
Sonny

Would i still use the OBDI kit?
Thanks, Jay

sonny do you have a pic of how it look like? i see some resistor box with just a harness clip with no wires comming out of it and some with wires comming out of it. which one do you have?
JV: You need the OBD2 kit since you used the OBD2 LS engine harness. That means that you have OBD2 fuel injector clips that do not work on DSM/aftermarket injectors.
d16y8: Here is a pic of the typical kit:

That resistor box comes off of the later Integras, Preludes, and Accords. Those are harder for me to get and I typically do not get many of them.
They are prettier to look at, but functionally, it is exactly the same as the other resistor box. All of the resistor boxes that I sell have a tab on them to make them real easy to mount (typically on the firewall). The "heatsink" style box requires modification to the bracket to make it fit against the firewall. JT (that is his car pictured above) did a very clean (as usual) install of the box.

Sonny, I have a question. On my 92 teg B18A (OBD-1), do I need the clips as well as a resistor box to run DSM 450cc injectors? I'm interested in a resistor box regardless!

You do not need the clips for your car. The OBD1 clips work fine for aftermarket and DSM injectors. You just need the resistor box/diagram kit (OBD1 kit).
Please e-mail me if you have any more questions.
Thanks,
Sonny
