whats the difference in the exhaust. They are listed differently on some sites.

 

Pretty sure they're the same, besides the body style of the cars the engine/bottom end is pretty much the same. Don't see why they would be any different.

 

The newer ones have black mufflers and I believe they have a slanted exhaust tip, I know gsr's do, not too sure about ls's. Older ones are light brownish and have a flat tip.

In terms of fitment, absolutely nothing.

 

My 98 RS has a silver muffler with a straight cut tip. I don't imagine the exhaust is very different from earlier models.
