Default Turbos for SH

I have a 99 SH and going to get turbo for it but I cant and dont know which is the best for the SH.. I know that SH engine is a little different from the base model. Also, which front bumper has the biggest middle space for max flow of air into the intercooler?

the engines arent different at all. look at the block where it has hte engine code if it say something other than h22a4 (for my year at least) then it different, but if it is an h22 then its the same. you have to remember that pushing an SH over 280whp, you have to throw away your ATTS, therefore making it a non SH. becasue of so much power, it disables tha ATTS system

Manufacturers do make the distinction between the two so obviously there is a difference. But still..which turbos are more suited more SH??

if you are looking for a kit look at the fmax kit alittle pricey but its a good kit.

Half correct. The block and the head aren't different but the tranny is. If you ever get under a SH the ATTS is the big *** hole that gets in your way.

This is definately true. But if you are going over 280 then you will probably get rid of the piggy backs and go standalone anyways. Therefore no stock ecu = no ATTS.

As far as picking a kit I'd go with FMAX also (Oh wait I already did).

They do have a clean kit and basically everything you need to get started for 7-8 pounds of boost.
