Default Import Parts aka Import Crooks

Ordered a Drag kit on 6/14/2002. Billed to my credit card on 6/14/2002. Called to check order 2nd week of July, 2002. Not in. Checked in two weeks. Not in. Repeat this until 08/25/2002. Canceled order for turbo kit. Was told by Ben after FINALLY contacting him on 11/12/2002, I would recieve a credit that week. 01/03/2003.....no credit. Approaching 8 months since original transaction and all the run-around began.

Lawyers been contacted, next stop.....BBB!!!

Did you contact your credit card company? They usually will help resolve these things.

I only have 90 days to dispute it. Since I kept being told "2 weeks longer" it went WAY past 90 days.

But it only went over 90 because they kept putting you off.

I still think you should contact the credit card. They charged your card for goods that you never recieved. That's stealing. Just like any other scammer. Call the card company and pitch a bitch. Ask to talk to a supervisor if they won't help, and be sure to get everyones name that you talk to. People tend to be a little more helpful when they are not annonamous (sp?).

when importparts has their MAX REV clearance sale thread, they sold the b series turbo mani for pretty cheap. but i saved up an extra $40 and ordered it from Kyle (2k-integ sp?) cause i know he is a 5 star seller with ZERO complaints. however, i heard importparts.com have had MANY complaints so i said F it and spent more. i didnt wanna go into that thread and talk sh*t and warn others but im glad i brought my business elsewhere. i always had a bad feelng about that place. and stories like this confirms it.

BofA told me the same thing ( it was over a year for me) so I wrote a letter to them and 5 more letters to the BBB of CA. and AZ. the AG. of CA. & AZ. and to the company that ripped me off and BofA gave me the amout back in full plus interest.
Good luck

Must have been a communication problem. Ben cannot ship what his supplier will not give him. He is at the mercy of DRAG and they always take forever and a day.

I trust ben and Import parts

Ben is a good guy. He has hooked up many people, me included. I assume you contacted them when you didn't get the refund?

I've contacted them more times than I can remember. I keep getting the run around every time. The only way to contact Ben is through e-mail. He mysteriously is NEVER there when I call.

I've had good luck on all my other orders with them, but this is rediculous.

Hey, Ill tell you what. If you email me your first and last name with your purchase number, I will go to import parts and see if I can straighten the mess out.

When I use to work there, never had any real problems. Dustin, what a turbo kit for your NSX jp

I will see if I can go down there monday or tuesday. If by any chance, you still want your turbo kit, I can call DRAG for you as well.
Just PM me and I'll give you a helping hand.
