long story short... a friend wants to by my teg (i know, never sell to friends). he knows how much i beat on it and how i drive it. it is a 95GSR shell with a 96-97 LS motor with Intake and header and gude chip. i also have exhaust. its lowered with KYB and ground controls. the chassis has about 130K on it, and the engine has: head=~60K, block=~120K, tranny=~90K.

i told him that if he gives me about 5K ill throw in an extra '00 LS tranny with about 60K miles on it.

i really want to sell it to finish up this other teg project and have some extra cash. but i dont know the right price.

yea, it will cause problems between you and him just like it did with one of my friends.

 

yah.. i know not to sell to friends. it DOES cause probs. cuz the kid i want to sell to bought a car off of my other good friend. we are all good friends and yeah, he is having probs. he keeps blaming things, but they are minor.

aside from the friend business. is 4K a good price. i know the shell is worth a little bit of cash. .

 

just make sure to tell him everything thats wrong with it . and then if he still wants to buy it sell it to him .

 

that's hella of a deal for 4k. even if there is minor problems. my friend got a integra shell with no interior, and body damage for 2 k.

 

yeah, thas what i plan on doing if he really does want it. he doesnt have much mechanical experience so i might end up helping him on some small things that go wrong.
