ok my floor bar came in today and looking at the mounting points it looks like one part of it will bolt under where the seat belt connects but where do i bolt up the the other end? can i just drill a bolt thru the carpet and be safe?

 

I thought guys who used this didnt use carpet?

well im not about to strip out my interior to shed .01 of my 1/4 lol

 

It should just mount with the one bolt per side. You may have to shorten one end of the bracket, but it won't hurt anything.

 

same place i got everything else for my car, the bar is hollow but the walls are almost 1/4" thick and its pretty strong

would mounting it with only the one bolt through the seat belt compromise its stiffening ability at all?

 

if that is your car than someone is using your pictures for a springs ad on ebay

 

ebay, and i really doubt id be able to find that ad again but i came across it when i was searching for coilovers and springs but i can definitely tell you that YOUR CAR was in an ad for springs on ebay

 

if u didnt agree to have your car used as an endorsement then you could sue them for just compensation
