I have an IHI RHF5 VF22 turbo for sale. Bought it brand new, used it for 3 months on my D16Y8. Turbo is still in brand-new condition, no shaft-play at all, internal wastegate included along with original box and packaging. Internal wastegate has never been used as I had an external wastegate on my turbo setup.
Turbo is oil-cooled and water-cooled. This thing spools up extremely fast!
This turbo is also an excellent bolt-on upgrade for you WRX owners..
I bought it for $1100, selling it to you for $600 (shipping not included)
if anyone is interested, reply here or send me an e-mail to nathan@boost-up.com - thanks

(Look for RHF5 when looking at the diagrams/specs below)

I have a friend with a WRX that is really interested in this. Can you explain to me how this is better than the stock turbo and the difference between the 22 and the 23? I'm still learning about WRX's myself.
What would be the estimated shipping price and delivery time?

In a VERY general explanation... the 22 is the BIG boy, makes a ton of power... most of the fastest wrxs are running vf22s..
and on the flipside, the vf23 is a more streetable turbo...
check out http://www.nasioc.com, go to factory forced induction forum, and search.... you will come up with more info than you can handle regarding turbo upgrades on the wrx...
sorry to field this question panda... (you should try posting on nasioc too...)
