welder is here. muuuhuahahaaaa!
yeay! just picked up oxygen and acetylene tanks from the local supply house. EF forum: prepare for some new, affordable parts. i am thinking 1st project is a simple front crossmember that will hang low enough to protect a header, and have adjustable radius arms.
this is not a "can you make this for me?" post, just saying that the work is about to begin, and i hope to have mine made ASAP.
anyone need some acetylene welding done, i am in schaumburg IL, and will take offers for work! thanks all.

yeah, welders are cool.
I've had mine MIG for a couple years now, I've made seat brackets, shaved holes in the car, made new mounts for a lightweight radiator, made a bracket for the fiberglass front end, welded the cage together, etc. I need to take a class so I can learn to weld better though.
