A friend of mine had a sub box built in his trunk and they ran PVC to the dash to port it to the front. It didn't sound that great, but it would probably work for you. Just ran PVC down the center and modified the center console. It's some work to do it, but if that's what you want.

Wouldn't it be easier just to wire up a little 12v heater in there and wire it to turn on with the car?
Edit: Replace all of your trunk weatherstripping and find the source of the moisture. Align your trunk latch so your trunk is closing tight also.

heat has nothing to do with moisture. If you are getting moisture in your truck check the seals. I have never had a problem with moisture in any of my cars' trunks. i sure as hell don't want heat on my stereo equipment, they get warm on their own, so the colder it is back there the better for them.

MY TRUNK IS TIGHT & WEATHER STRIPPING IS GOOD.
SOME TIMES I GET A LIL SNOW OR RAIN WHEN I OPEN MT TRUNK AT THE GROCERY STORE. BUT WOULDNT THE V12 HEATER GET REALLY HOT & CATCH FIRE?

ya, check everything. the heat won't make water go away, it'll just make it hot and moist in there. i used to race remote controlled boats and there is stuff, i do'nt know what it's called, but you take the circuit boards out of the electronics in your boats and coat it with this stuff and it water proofs it. you could go to hobby shop and find some and put that on your amp boards if you are worried.
