hey, i know it was awhile ago but i went to barnes & noble book store, and i was looking threw all the sport compact mags, but he was in one of them i forget the name of it ,but his integ was in it, but i was just wandering what times he would be running and if you guys have all motors like his ,thanks
I think he had an built up NA LS/VTEC with ITB's. Don't Know what he was pushing at the wheels though.

its a b18 bottom and b16 head from what i rememeber and he said he was pulling well in the 200's all motor , i think like 250 or so and in the 300's with the nitrous .
i forget the exacts, i tlak to him pretty freguently though, i met him at Nopi

I don't even think it was his driving skills, cause he had that first car by a bumper and he got pulled on in mid 2nd/3rd gear.

i remember reading that same article and i believe the car was putting down 220whp without the juice, but it started life as a GSR and he built an LSVTEC for it...strange
I talked to him before and it was a GSR but he blew his motor. So he built up the ls/vtec. I remember him telling me his car made 236whp before juicing. Its a pretty nice car but I have not personally seen him street race before.

whats the point of ITB's on a street car if theyre such a bitch to tune? wouldnt a good IM and big TB be just as good? i dont see how someone could drive around with those and not destroy their engine i mean your basically driving around with no air filter
That's what I'm wondering. Unless you have nasty cams I don't see the point of ITB. They're all about building big top end power. Please correct me if I'm wrong ~
