Skunk 2 and JUN spec chips for P72, what do you think?
I have seen these on eBay.com and they are supposed to improve power. Anyone have one or know anything about them. Are they safe and which one is the best?

I chip ecu's...and i also sell them on ebay. Depending on your mods, a chipped ecu will make your car perform better. Basically these programmed chips are just programs to make your car run more rich, different vtec x over and rev limiter, and basically advanced air/fuel maps. I recommend it if you want that extra "umph" through your power band. If you want more info, or interested...please PM me. Thanks

Is it a good idea to assume that with any chipped ecu or reprogrammable ecu such as a Hondata will reduce your gas mileage dramatically? This is one thing i'm worried about switching over to a chipped obd1 ecu.

I usually get 240miles on a tank.....once i plug in a chipped p28, i'm getting 200miles on a tank. So yeah, you win some and you lose some! LOL
that's a little exagerated... my friend with a skunk2 chip, i/h/e and ls/vtec gets about 220 miles to tank. My i/h/e full ignition + flywheel gets about 280/tank
i drive like a granny unless im getting on the freeway... shifts at 3k or less... my friend takes his into vtec avery 10 min sooo you make the call
I don't like the fact that his vtec engages at 5200 rpm also... I'd prefer something around 4600 or 4800.

I think my mileage might seem exagerated because my motor is startin to take a shiet on me. It has 151k, still runs strong, but each month, i'm running into more problems and getting worst gas mileage. But yes, it really depends on how you drive everday. I can customize the vtec x over as well as rev limit for anyone as well
