I understand that the only true way to find hp at the wheels is with a dyno. my question is what factors make the difference in the amout of hp at the flywheel and the amout of hp at the wheels. Does it have to do with the weight of the car or is it other items running like powersteering etc..

Powersteering and A/C do effect it however, it is mostly the loss of spinning the tranny, axles and wheels.
