CEL 16 after turbo rebuild?
Finally got my engine together and turbo dropped in.
I'm getting CEL 16, something with injectors.
Question is, could I have shorted something out if the wires going to the
injectors(RC 440's modified to fit) were in wrong? Need to boost ASAP!

You probably have a short somewhere...probably an exposed wire that is making contact where it shouldn't be.
Fix that ASAP. You will ruin the injector if you don't. Don't ask me how I know.
