After lowering my Type S with Neuspeed sport springs. I found that there was creaking from what I believed to be the rear perches. I removed the rear spings and dampers and greased the perches and mounts. Still I had a creak from the rear suspension. Then I removed and greased all the compents of the sway bar. And guess what still a creak. I was wondering if anyone else had that problem, or has any idea what it is. Thanks.

 

I get the same sounds from my skunk2 coilovers. Just live with it, nothing is wrong with your set up. Some suspensions just make noise. Good luck.

 

do you have a camber kit? if you do put some marine grease on the bushings and it should take care of the creak. btw you have to loosen it from the arm so you could get the grease on the bushings.

 

check the exhaust and see if its rubing on the rear sway bar

 

if it's when the shocks compress and decompress then you have blown shocks.
