Default Time for new clutch

I have a B16 sir II in my hatch and its time for a new clutch. Anyone know which stock clutch fits for this engine? My friend told me that I should get a Type R clutch. Will it fit? Is there anything else that I can use? Thanks!

Check the cost on the Type R first but, yes any B series clutch will fit your B series tranny.

If the cost of the Type R is 300+ suggest you look into an aftermarket clutch that will last longer and hold more.

If you are looking for an OEM type clutch that can handle a little more power, then go for an Exedy. I believe they are what $265 shipped fron ClutchCityonline.com. I always hear good reviews for these as long as you're not looking to lay down massive whp.

I have one on my car now. Feels like stock. Keep searching ebay and you might be able to find one for less.
