are the mounts the same? YES

can i use my dx tranny on to the si motor? YES

the only thing i thought i would need to worry about is the wiring and the ecu? YES

That is the basics. You will either need a OBD-1 to OBD-0 conversion and run the VTEC ECU, or you will need to wire in a VTEC controller to handle the VTEC activiation on your stock ECU (You will need to change to an '88-'91 Si ECU, or a '89-'92 Integra ECU, you cannot use the DX ECU).

yes you need the injector box 92+ (to use the injectors in the z6) and you need schematics for the mpfi off of the ecu run the 2 wires you need from the ecu to the box and use the 2 existing dpfi wires also.

mounts are not the same as the ones on your car... but yes u gotta use the ones on ur car and they will work fine...
u can use ur stock tranny but its recomended for you to get a 89-91 Si tranny... u need to convert from DPFI to MPFI so u need dizzy, injectors, and inj resistor, i got some of the info in my signature link,... might clear up some of ur doubts.... DPFI to MPFI isnt all that complicated... and theres a few options...

92-95 injectors have resistors built in.
Use the resistor box and 4g si/90-91 teg injectors
