Went to the junkyard with some friends yesterday. Got there at 6am for the 50% off sale (needless to say, some of us were still not sober ). Ended up walking away with 5 (five) 15"x7" wheels +0 offset, with a couple of good tires (and 280Z supsension attached to one wheel, because we couldn't get the wheel lock off ) for $130. Anyway, here are the pics.

one day i still might build an S13, i love that body style so much... what color are you planning on painting your car? its good to see other nissan owners..

 

when i was looking for the car, I was trying to find a mint green or light blue two-tone. When that failed, I got the gold or "champagne". I really hated it at first, and wanted to spray the car black, but lately, its been appealing to me. I'm most likely going to fix all the minor blemishes, and match the front to the body. Any other suggestions?

 

different front bumper and throw some OEM HID projectors in those housings.. hehe.. ive never been too crazy about a 0 offset.. i always liked more of a flush look, but those old meshies look nice on s13's.. i think the car would look good black, or red.. or white.. can never go wrong with those colors on silvias.. hmm..what else.. an sr swap?

 

I think the only other bumper I'd get would be the S13 K's Aero bumper... but its $1000... just for the bumper! Insane...I may just get a lip, either a Bomex one (too showy, though) or a factory black plastic one. As far as the headlights, I'm switching out the dual projectors for the standard J's and Q's S13 two-square lights in a black housing, which are being shipped from the Empire of the Rising Sun as we speak .

And the SR/CA swap will take place, at some point...

i still havent been by to check out his car first hand, but so far every car jay has owned has been 100% immaculate.. so im guessing his S13 is the same way..

 

he's got the grill that I want AND the Aero bumper, damn it! That is sweeeeet...

 

Excellent junkyard haul, bro. I wish there was a decent yard around here that I could go get some crap from.... oh well, Woodstock Georgia sucks.... unless someone has any better info....

I convinced my wife to buy me a S13 front clip for our 5th year anniversary (October this year) so I'm thnking a sil-eighty. Some 57Pro's (Gun metal with polished lip) and spray the whole car in Skyline silver. I like the G corporation front bumper and side skirts (But knowimg me I'll probably stick to the just the front bumper). Man you guys are amking me want to start the nissan project early.

I swear to god I wanted to kill confusedjdmgti or whatever you name is on here,I call him vadim,princess for short.****** kept me up all night of new years,we get there a 6am,get the 4 wheels I found the day before with another friend.Butt nooo he wants the 3 more that have wheel locks attached to an old 240z.Its only about 8 am now an by the time 12 o'clock came around he managed to get off the whole shock assembly an the 1 wheel attached it to.Luckily I found an old supra seat,o so comfy an passed out in the middle of the junkyard for about an hour.Props on the wheels even though I got mad at you,princess.

I am getting a 240sx soon, if I don't get screwed out of the deal, but I'm tryinng to decide what to do with it, either S13, or 180sx conversion.

I also would like to see more pictures...why do some people just have ASSLOADS of money to make their cars real ****** nice...then there are people like us, who are happy to have enough money to afford a Spoon shift ****...I wish I was rich....damn bastards and their money....share the wealth....ok, I'm done ranting now
