my car gets crappy miles to the gallon. probably because of my intake and exhaust. i know one way is to inflate the tires more, but what are some other ways (spark plugs, engine oil, octane gas,maintenance,...)?

btw i have an automatic 00 ex stock, with just cai and catback(plugged with silencer).

But if you had a 5 speed I'd say that 5th gear should be your friend.

 

check your o2 sensor.....then i'd just shift at really low rpm's to keep those injectors from going crazy
