i just installed a set of neuspeed race springs on my 97 civic.. it handles nice, but its too low, im thinkin of putting ITR springs on instead, do they have to be compressed to put them on?

 

Front = yes. I'm not sure how hard it'll be tho.

Rear = no. I can push them down far enough with just two arm effort to clear the hat and still be able to use my other hand to thread the nut...I'm a whimp too.
