Default Installation of my Hella horns [pics]

Just need to wire them up and I'm done. Had to bend the brackets so they would mount the same on each side. Looksgood so far. Look at the comparison pic. lol

I got some 25 dollar ones from Kragen they are loud but not loud enough
They are the Horn type with the relay,compressor etc.
My birthday present next month

I'm done with the wiring. Need to wash her and take some finished pics. I'll post them tomorrow.

Its not necessary to remove the bumper cover to install the horns. You can do it by jacking up the car and also removing the Driver's side signal light.

You don't HAVE to but, installing them was easier and nothing gets in your way.

I installed mine with cover on. It was a bit of a pain in the ***, but routing the wires may have easier with it off. Enjoy your horn

btw, is it possible you could record a .WAV file? I want to hear the sound of it. Anyone have a sound clip of the stock horn... like to compare things.

Someone posted a recording of it. I already ordered the horns and heard the .wav and was alittle dissapointed. Then I heard them in person and I like them alot. I don't think you can pick up the horn very well on a pc mic.
