Alright, i just fixed the horn on my 5th gen lude. and then i notice something wrong with my tire. 1tire looks like its dropped, and the other 3 tires are normal, i'm guessing the shock is shot, or that somethings wrong with the spring, any people for sure whats the problem?

 

ooh naw the its like the whole set of rim + tire itself, like lowering springs right, but only on one rim/tire
