so i see the stock D series kit doesnt come with a BOV? I know it doesnt come with intercooler... but no BOV either? Is there even a spot to put a BOV or do i get the pleasure of welding that?

also, see pics of injectors? what exactally does or doesnt come with the D series kit for the 92-95 EX/Si

 

it doesn't come with injectors. It doesn't come with a spot for the bov so you have to cut the hole and have the flange welded.

well wtf! where can you get flange? greddy is starting to look cheaper and cheaper... and its 1500 bucks

 

Every BOV uses a differnt flange....you have to buy the flange from the maker of the BOV....

 

The flange for the BOV come with the BOV.

 

its not a big deal to weld a flange on. Look up welding shops in you yellow pages and tell them where you need it to be welded. It cost me $20. but instead just get the apexi one, it has a flange on it if its too much of a hassle

 

ahhh, not a problem, i have a welder.... just angred that they dont include nessassary parts

 

The kit will still work without a BOV...you will just most likly get compressor surge...

 

hey ryan, i sold the car and have cash . also bought a laptop tonight and im going to get ahold of our chipping kit seller asap. i will most likely have to piece the turbo kit together a little at a time.
