Think about how you stop ANY light working, in the car or out of it... just take out the bulb.

SRS light will stay on no matter wht hub u use. Only way is to remove the bulb.

About the horn, because part of the horn system is built with the airbag activiter, once u remove it, the horn will not work anymore. The only way is the get the special connector, which honda use in most non-aribag model. U will also have to do some minor rewiring to reconnect the horn system. Very simple job, but need very special parts.

BTW, i really don't understand why you complain about the SRS light. EG hub do fit into DC. The guy sell you the hub was not BC. You choose to change the steering wheel and remove the airbag, and expect nothing happen to the whole system? In case you don't know, the whole airbag system WILL NOT WORK ANYMORE. Thats include the passenger side. Unless u out everyting back, or remove the SRS light bulb, the light will stay on.
