so long story short I was at a party and I guess some jackass with a green car (apparently) scraped up the front and rear quarter panels, and my door I'm filing a police report later today, and I took some pictures, which I'll post when I figure out how.

you shouldn't have to pay your deductable since it was a hit and run. Of course they may say until they find who did it you have to, but it SHOULD fall under comprehensive damage and not collision (comprehensive usually carries a lower deductable. Your collision might be $1000, but your comprehensive (IE> acts of god, things that happen while your car isn't moving, etc) is more likely around $500 or less
