What car do you have? You will need good shock with these springs because they have fairly high spring rates. If you use these with stock shocks you will bounce all over the place and this can become unsafe. I have the race springs and nuespeed koni yellows. With this combo exspect the ride to be pretty stiff and a little bouncy. This combo is on my 93 si hatch and i do not think it lowers it too much, i even lowered the front of my car more using the perches on my konis. I have about 1 finger gap all the way around give or take a little.

Well, the neuspeed race springs aren't near as stiff as some of the basic coilover setups you can get out there, but they give a great drop and will work perfectly for a street driven car that doesn't have to be a handling monster. The thing I like about them most is that the front is a little more drop than the rear, unlike most "Sport" springs which are even all the way around. Gives it a little aggressive-looking rake.

Like mantic6t9 said, you won't be able to get away with stock shocks with these. The drop is lower than with Sport springs and the rate is a little stiffer. I used them with a set of Bilstein HD shocks (not adjustable at all), and they worked great... nice ride, no bounce, acceptable handling.
