I got my b18c1 swap a couple of weeks ago and the clutch felt fine until recently. Some times its hard to put it in first gear and sometimes its a little easier. IT does the same in 5th and especially reverse.
It goes in better when I either pump the clutch a couple of times or get it in second then switch into first.
I am hoping its my master cylinder and not my tranny or clutch.
The clutch resevior was also getting a little low.
Any one might know what this could be?

See fluid leaking anywhere? Did you bleed the system? Try that first and go from there.

 

Sounds to me like you need to bleed the clutch again. Grab a friend and go bleed the hell outta it till it feels perfect.
