Yep, it would make a nice daily driver.
drive one everyday even with high compression MUST run 94 oct or higher
I dont think you know what you are talking about.

they make great daily drivers. Drive it just like you would drive an ls. When you need to get on it, get on it, but dont drive the car around at 8000 rpm all day. RPM = Ruins Peoples Motors.

If you build the head and bottom end, what can you seriously rev an ls/vtec to? I'm building one and am going to use arp rod bolts, ctr pistons, b16a2 head with portflow inners and type r outers. maybe later go with a bigger cam.

i wouldnt go with the ctr pistons. compression would be too high... ITR pistons or PR3 pistons are better for ls/vtec in my own oppinion.
