Default My New Toy

Alright, well finally after 2 years of waiting my baby has come... here's a pic of her.

The plans are as follow's: Already have 95 GSR Wheels for her, they have curb markings (not from me) so I will fix that and spray them black. I have GSR Front Brakes with hopefully Brembo Slotted Rotors. Lowered on KYB AGX's w/ H&R Race Springs.

Motor is stock right now but in the summer she will have a B20Vtec powering her, and she will become tan at some point in her life with Carbon Fiber Hood and Duckbill spoiler

If you have any suggestions on things to do to her or ways to go about doing something cheaper then let me know. Thanks for the ideas!

Scott

Here's the wheels:

Don't get a worthless CF hood and duckbill: that'll save you $1000 bucks right there. You can put that chunk of change towards nice suspension (Tein's, baby) instead of superficial crap that screams "steal me! steal me!"

Well, it isn't going to look right if I fix the curbings... I am not sure what to do. Yea, my brothers car was not too pretty looking but it was pretty fast. Oh well. I don't have any better pics... my digi sucks and it's a crappy day out oh well. Thanks for the input... keep 'em comin! Have a safe New Years Eve!

Well the paint job on this car sucks... you can't tell from the pics but the bumper is faded like no other!!! I was also thinking about a light blue... I am a fan of light colors... like I said, suggestions welcome.

Are you going to get a "real" tan paint job or just spray it flat tan?

Flat tan with black wheels would look pretty tuff.

My rims, which are constantly changing colors, are tan right now.

I was just going to take some steal wool to it and scrub as much as I can, then paint them flat black.

Flat tan with black wheels would look pretty tuff.
That was the plan actually but I am having 2nd thoughts because spray painted cars are becoming all too common in my area. I want to do it as a temporary replacement until I get the real deal though...

Judging from your post, I would consider you a total *******. He just got it dipshit. If he does what he says hes going to do, it will be nice. I hate people like you. Are you 13 or something? do you even drive yet?

How much did you end up paying for that thing? Clean or Salvaged?

I checked out the prices on 92-95 hatches in the midwest/east and it makes me want to throw up. California prices are sooo inflated due to demand. A clean hatch can go for upwards of $4k.
