Hey guys wondering if my EF buddies can help me out. Im looking at a 97 Civic 4dr with 70k miles on it for 7K. Cars looks good and seems to run good. I popped the hood and noticed alot of the bolts where rusted and the valve cover had a powder on it.

The person at the dealer gave me the car fax report wich showed no flood damage or accidents etcs. What else can I check to see if it does have flood damage? How accurate is car fax? Thanks
