I just bought a new Philips DVD580M dvd player.



I mainly bought it for its small dimensions and the fact that it was 12v compatible. The slot loading cd mechanism was a major plus as well.

Im directing this post to anyone that has mounted a dvd player in their ED (88-91 Civic Hatchback). And can lend me some insight on how I may go about it. The unit does not have a remote eye, so that limits my install to an area within my sight.

Any help would be great.
