i need some help, what did you guys do to get the turbo to clear the front motor mount? Do you just go without it?

Do you mean the compressor wont clear or the oil drain is not vertical.

Mine cleared (t3/t4b) but I had to unbolt (clock) it and rotate the drain down.

H22 guys have had to trim the mounting bracket but not the F series.

 

I honestly think my manifold is a pile of junk. If i take the mount off completely, then it clears the block just barely. It won't even come close to fitting whatsoever with the mount on. Yes, i mean the compressor side.

What manifold are you using?

Thats ethier a 5th gen accord, or a prelude front motor mount. The 4th gen mount has the same bolt pattern, but the mount mounts up higher. I guess i need to get all those parts for my car. Then weld the prelude front mount on my front cross member.

Don't sweat it. I think i just need to hunt down a Drag manifold that puts the turbo on "top" of the manifold.

 

Joe, I think, I might be able to fabricate a mount for you, using a 5th gen mount simmiliar to the one pictured here. It would require wleding a different bracket onto the fron engine cross member. Call me if you need.

 

 

mine has about 2" clearance... untouched motor mount... drag 4

 

The one in the pic I posted FWIW is a SFP on an h22a.
