I noticed my hatch is a little lower on the driver's side in reference to the rear fender towards the back window. It's not that bad, but you can see it if you're looking for. I'm sure there's some tolerance to body panel alignment as they're coming out of the factory, but I never noticed anything like this on any of my previous cars.
