Can the TL/CL Type S throttle body, cylinder head, intake manifold, camshafts, valves, and header fit on the 2001 Accord V6 coupe?

If I make do the overbore engine block, can I use the CL/TL Type S piston too?

from what i have read, the tb and cams can be used in an accord. i don't know about the rest

 

yes it would all fit

i do not know the spec differences between the Cl Type S pistons and the Accord, diameter etc, that extra .2l of displacement has to come from somewhere, i dont know if its from stroke or bore, im sure the specs are easy to find

 

The cams require some sort of machining to fit in a J30.

Someone on the CL board ran into problems fitting them in a 1st gen (non type s)

 

What kind of machining do I need to fit the Type S cams on the J30 engine? As with the .2L extra, can I just do the overbore block to fit the Type S piston?

 

I have read many people who have the tb off a tl in their 6g car. if you can get it try it out

 

Does anyone have an idea if the CL/TL 6speed will bolt up to the J30?

why dont u buy a complete Type-S 6-speed motor and tranny and save yourself some money?
