I'm looking at getting my car fully repainted sometime in the spring. I just had alot of bodywork done to it, i.e. wheel well rust, buncha dings, and a new front fender. Not even a month after I got that done I did this little sucker right here, then touched it up...




I don't really want a colour change or anything, just a fix on that scratch (Would it be cheaper to just get a new bumper and repaint it and then fix the well?) and a general makeover for the car. When they fixed the car the only repaired some of the panels that were messed up, I shoulda gotten a full repaint then... now some of the body looks like a mirror and the rest still has the 12year old swirl marks and wear.

Do you guys have before and after pictures of your paintjobs and what'd it run ya? Thanks!

I paid $2300 for my old CRX from yellow to CW on the outside/rear interior.

Didnt do the engine bay...to lazy to pull it out.

 

I got maaco for $500, it was pretty nice for the amount i paid. It is still nice, you get what you pay for.

Maaco had crossed my mind, but I want GOOD paint... neighbor tells me that her friend does all the prep work before he takes his cars to Maaco and it turns out nice tho...

 

i paid 700 for my maaco add in another 200 for a layer of clear coat. you wont regret it.
