I use the XS Engineering core 24x11x3. It's one of the best cores available!

Either the XS or Apexi core will do the trick.

I'm thinking of using a water-to-air intercooler. I have a b-series motor in a 89 Civic EF. Which core sizing do I need to support up tp about 650 wheel HP? What about the end tank sizes? I'll be running somewhere between 25-28 PSI. Any help is appreciated.

how about apex gtr intercooler? can i boost 28psi with this intercooler?
because xs-engineering say
"APEXI SKYLINE GT-R INTERCOOLER CORE
The Apex intercooler core features the hybrid fin design to allow airflow through the core. This same hybrid fin design also looks really cool in front of your car. This intercooler is great for a street car, but we do not recommend it for use on high boost applications exceeding 22psi."

What? Air-liquids don't have the end tanks as you see on the air-air's. I hope you have some nice driveshafts with that much power. What turbo are you using, and (if any) what kit? It also depends on which B-series motor your going to run also. That's a lot of power. I'd make sure you can drive a FWD with 300 WHP first. You'll need a good LSD or an ATB-D.
If you run air-air Tony1 I think hit the nail on the head there.

Thanks.
I have a Fastrax T04S .84 turbo with a Full-race manifold and Tail accessories. My block is getting built as we speak with T-top sleeves, JE pistons and Crower rods. My driveaxles will be Driveshaftshop's stage 5 units. The car is being built as a full track car to promote my business. I don't have much experience with turbo systems since my previous race cars were all Camaros and only now am I getting into Honda. The project car is nowhere completed but you can see it here: http://www.teamilluzion.com/bspro.htm

So with that said, which water-to-air intercooler should I use? What size core should I be interested in? Also, what size end-tanks (I know they are different then FM coolers but W-A coolers still have them) should I also be using?

Thanks again for your input.

PWR liquid to air 6x10, Earl is the man for PWR. That is what I am/was going to use... I still cant make up my mind either the 10.5x20x3 fmic or the 6x10.
