stock USDM ITR header vs. Save my money

Is it a worthwhile upgrade on my LS or should i just save my cash for a JDM 4-1?
Also.. will it bolt up to the stock existing exhaust?

I can get it for 125 with heat shield

I'm not experienced w/ integras, but i'd say save your money. The ITR header, as well as most of it's motor parts, is made to perform best at high RPM's. More than likely, your motor will not be able to see the max. benefits of that header. The performance header made for your motor is designed to maximize THAT motor's breathing characteristics and power range. Hope that helps some.
