I was wondering if anyone out there would be interested in my 2 brand new RED STICHED USDM Recaro SRD's with DC2 rails and sliders. I installed the driverside seat and it feels too cramped for me and that is the only reason i am thinking about letting them go. Yes these seats are from the special Groupbuy held by Mark (On-Track).

How much? Do dc2 rails work in eg's?

 

I'm asking $1400 + shipping and i will ship them. These seats have the extra crotch slots for 5pt. harnesses which made them more expensive. They are black and brand new. I have no idea if they will fit eg's....

What seats are you looking at now Mike? I just installed my SRDs from Mark about 4 weeks ago and I like 'em.

Where did you originally buy these seats?
I thought they didn't make usdm recaro's in red stitch pattern.

 

How big are you, that these are uncomfortable?
I'm a big-midsectioned 210 lbs myself.

I sat in some Sparcos at OGRacing this afternoon, and though tight they were just what I'd have expected.

well i am not big in the midsection.....i have really long legs. when i adjust the seat to a comfortable position, my arms are too far from the wheel and shifter (not that i have short arms or anything)....so i think that maybe the stock seats willsuit me better as they are easier to use and no money.
I'll decide if i want to sell em in the next week.....

edit - the problem is not so much how I fit into the seats...they feel great.....but more how the seats fit into the car

If you fit the seats, then I'd find a way to make the seats fit the car.
Are you using the stock honda mounts?
Maybe you can have something made that positions your seat w/o a slider, or use some washers to bring up the rear/back of the seat.

I just bought some GSR seats that I'll be putting crotch strap holes in, so I don't do it to my stock R seats.
However, ... those seats you have would be nice with my rollbar and red Sparco 6-pt belts.
