20 is the electric load detector. Not sure, but I think it tells the alternator how much to charge. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

20 is the electric load detector.

apparantly a lot of people have had code 20 flash on their ECU without anything going wrong.
heres the theread I found: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=331901
Code 20 is the Electonic Load Detector. It basicaly switches on and off the alternator for charging. It's located in the "C" shaped under hood fusebox on the passenger side shock tower. As far as the dealer tells me, you need to get a new fusebox to get the ELD. "
