oh, ok, in that case, i have one, and i don't have any problems with rattle.... although i don't actually have the DP that came with the kit... i had a custom 2.5" pipe made with a flex in it b/c i was worried about it breaking since it doesn't have anything in it to flex

i actually used a moroso oil pan, and used a braided line for the oil return... this is from a thread i made a while back about the return line. no pic of the pan at the time though
i didn't like it either, so i went to a local shop that build race cars, and had some things made
i took this:

cool, basically reason is. My friend and I installed greddy kit on his 99 base model, and when he drives it, and bov goes off, we hear this loud sound like something is scrapping. We thought its turbo but it only happens when car is driving, it doesn't happen when we hit gas and car is standing still.
what kind of BOV?
But I am not sure if its bov or turbo or dp or what! cause the sound is metal like grinding almost and coming from bottom.

don't you tee the actuator-bov-throttlebody too?
but you ran the top nipple to what? You ran it to actuator(goldish piece on turbo) right? And then you teed that to throttlebody right?

NO...... the BOV has an independent vaccuum line.... the "goldish peice" on the turbo is the wastegate which controls your boost.... that is probably your whole probelm right there
you need on vacuum line running to the wastegate
and one running to the BOV

first off... why are you putting a Tee on the throttle body?
and, i have been told it is not a good idea to use the same vacuum signal for the wastegate and BOV
and unless your buddy is running a boost guage, he should hve enough vacuum lines coming off the manifold without using a T at all
