Default Type-R cat vs normal integra cat

Is a type-R cat worth it compared to a normal B18B non-vtec integra cat? It surely flows better, but is the difference worth it on a type-R engine?

Not sure if it is worth it or not, but why don't you just buy an aftermarket hi-flow cat? They flow pretty well and aren't that expensive

I still need to be able to pass emissions, I've heard bad things about aftermarket cats.
