How many splines does a 89 DX Axel have?
I think it's 23 or 26. I think STD had small axels and DX and Si the same, so should I assume STD=23, DX/Si=26?
I'm sure the autostore knows but I don't want to find out I got the wrong one by accident after I've made my car undrivable.

I know when I had to put my crappy (hf?) tranny in my SI The one with really long first and second gears (still a 5 speed). The shafts from the SI fit just fine. I was supossed to get an SI but The sent me this POS instead. Hope that helps.

Yeah well like stated above all of them are the same but HF and STD, so should work in any D-series (at least 4G one I guess).
That's outer splines right? Where the knuckle and brakes are?

Yep, that is the outer splines. The inner joints are all the same.
