Default who stopped modding their tegs

i just blew my front speakers. now im just using my back speakers and turned the bass down. im tempted to go ahead and get new ones. but then i again knowing me, i'd get some high end stuff. i dunno. im planning on selling my baby in a year or so. i see people modding the crap out of their cars and turning and and selling it. like listing stuff..."blah blah only 2 weeks old." doesn't make sense to me.

anyways what do u guys think?

I sold my hooked up Civic because I want a relatively stock GSR. I will keep it stock and enjoy it!

Insurance and bills come first, hopefully once I have a real job (i.e. I graduate!) I'll for sure start modding again.

I stopped putting money into my car about a year ago. With all the money I saved I bought a house instead. I'm gonna sell my car in about a year and get a 4x4 Tacoma. Now I'm saving for a bike

I bought mine used and replaced lots of things at 90,000 miles on it.

Now its where i want it (condition wise) and I'll drive it for a while until i decide to move or change jobs. Ive only changed the short shifter, ****, intake and exhaust. Everything else is stock and i love it that way.

Oh, i changed the radio and speakers too. Gotta cruise with tunes

I stopped modding my car because i am building a crx racecar. My integra now needs a new crank so while i've got it apart I might as well bump the compression up. It will be quick when its done, but i would rather have my crx finished and my integra running like it was.

Your teggy sounds exactly like mine used to be. I loved it the way it was. I was gonna stop modding, and look at it now. Gone...

I stopped modding my car because I have a decent amount of mods in it and I'm planning to sell it in the future so I'm saving money for the new car and motor mods for it..

I haven't done anything to mine in over a year, I am considering even going back to the stock exhaust, but leaving everything else as is (alot easier to sell a quite car than a loud one). I am just saving up for a new car at this point.

Im tempted to De-Mod my car soon. Exhaust is getting irritating, CAI no pass smog, and the whole rain thing, squeaks from camber kit...it just goes on and on.... Stock is looking really tempting now a days.

I don't understand why people mod cars and then sell them shortly after either. Personally, I like modding my car to an extent, and I feel no need to keep up with the Joneses by buying a new car every 2/3 years, so I plan on keeping this one for quite a long time. If you like your car, and it's your "baby", why do you want to sell it? The only reason I sold my last car was because it was a piece of crap, and I wanted something nice. Now I have it, and see no reason to change.

i dumped alot of loot into my gsr then sold it because i got tried of it. I was always worried about something happening to it. now i have something simple to drive- a 93 dx coupe with a b18c1. its only lowered and rolls on 15" black steelies. it doesnt look flashy but its reliable and it makes on-ramps pretty fun.

well the reason im looking to sell my baby is b/c mainly im too paranoid about people messing w/ it.

im hoping in a year, im making real money so i can afford to buy most of my new car. freaking car note ownz me.

i still dont get why any intake system would have anything to do with smog...what if you showed a somg result before and after the intake and it was actually putting out less emissions with the intake system?
