Oky, don't get bent at the stupid question: what are main diffs. (if any) between USDM and JDM Type R head?

Thanks, SgT...what would be your rec for entire JDM Type R with ECU and harness, etc. (donor a 91 Civic EX) - hate to dump the tranny but it seems that it would be a lot harder to do hydraulic to cable than go with, say, S1 with Quaife or something like that??

i think place racing has a kit that lets you use it
but due to the design, header choices are limited

Basically, the choice would be going with a conversion and sticking with the entire "R" setup, or else going with S1 with Quaife but it sounds like people do not have a lot of experience going with hydraulic to cable conversion, so that was my question - which is more reasonable?

I think pretty much answered given the negative feedback on the PlaceRacing kit (elsewhere).Plus I already have HASport mounts from prev. b16.
