If you're going to register it in KY then I believe you will need to get a KY title in order to register it. I just moved to Florida from Illinois last month, and I had to give them my title to get my FL registration and license plates and stuff, and my new title will come in a couple weeks. Cost freakin $200 though

That is stupid that things such as this exist. Why cant there just be 1 title for the whole country.
